1. Log into https://iitsg.freshdesk.com using your email and password. 


2. Click on New Support Ticket. 

3. Fill in the information (the more information and detail the better) Describe the problem in as much detail as you can and include visuals if possible. (screenshot, message/error text, etc...) 


 

4. Click on Submit.


5. When logged in you can also check on your ticket status. (both past and present)
