If an email that you are expecting does not show up, then most likely it is going into your "Junk Email" folder. It is probably getting marked as Spam, by Microsoft. (Microsoft is always trying to improve their Spam Analysis)

Please follow the below directions. (Do this anytime you think you should be receiving an email and are not, before reporting a problem.)



 Steps to fix emails that were incorrectly marked as Spam:
  1. Go to the Junk Email folder and find the message that was incorrectly marked as junk.
  2. Right-click the message, and then click Mark as not junk.
  3. In the Report as not junk dialog, click Report.


Your report automatically goes to the Microsoft Spam Analysis Team at not_junk@office365.microsoft.com. They will use your report to help improve their spam filters.
