An account must be created, to start using the IITSG - Technology Support Portal (If you alreaedy have an account but just want to know how to submit a support request ticket then click here: https://iitsg.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000047402-how-do-i-submit-a-support-ticket
To "Sign up" and register a new account follow the directions below:
1. Go to https://iitsg.freshdesk.com/support/home and click on the "Sign up" link in upper right corner. (See pic below)
2. Fill in you name, work email address, and be sure to check the "I'm not a robot" box... Then click on the Register button (See pic below)
3. After clicking on "Register" button in step 2 above you then should receive an "Activation email" with a link to set password and activate your account. (See pic below) NOTE>>> If, after a while you don't see the email show up. Look in your Spam/Junk folder for it.
4. Click on the link from from "Activation email" from step 3 above, and enter in the name you entered in, in step 2 above and then type in your desired password once in the first password box and then again in the second password box. Now simply click on the "Activate and Log in" button (See pic below)
5. That's it! You should now be logged into the Technology Support Portal and be able to log in again when needed.
Once in you can submit new tickets, reply to tickets, see old tickets, edit, or close your tickets, etc...
